Took it in for a check/service transmission overheating issue and the mechanic(s) did not secure the brake fluid cap. The vessel was uncovered after I took the car home and the cap was dangling in another part of the engine.
That would've really ruined my vehicle all because of their negligence.
Complaints about 2008 Lancers overheating when you hit 75 miles on the highway are circulating on the internet. It was happening to me as well but Jiffy Lube fixed the problem for 1/2 of what the dealership would have charged but if they can't take the time to secure a brake fluid cap, then they are probably negligent in other areas and the consumer gets stuck with the bill
