After having to escalate my issue to ?the corporate office I was finally able to resolve ?the tire situation.

I took my 2013 Outlander Sport in for a oil change at the West Loop Mits. Dealership in San Antonio, Tx, in which the documents state "Adjust tire pressure to manufacturer specification" on 05/16/13.

We had to travel out of town on 05/18/13 for a graduation and about 1/4 the way there my low tire pressure light came on and as i was trying to find somewhere safe to pull over i heard the tire flat. I put on spare and had to try to find the nearest gas station to pull over in. Turns out ALL the tires were extremely low. How is it possible in 48 hours for all the tires to be low on my vehicle?

Well according to Andy, service rep. at the dealership who i tried to reach out to, stated " maybe someone let the air out of my tires". Really! Never once did anyone there ask my name or what type of vehicle i had or ANY questions.

I was never rude or disrespectful. I felt very disrespected that no one would even care to ask my name and at least pretend to care about why i was calling. In speaking with the tire shop where i had to buy a tire to replace my "brand new tire" they stated that because the vehicle's tires were low, there was a puncture to the side of the tire and was not repairable. I saw the tire and inside it was shredded to pieces because the tires had been low.

I also requested information for the address to write a complaint to which the receptionist stated i don't know and transferred me to someone named Calvin who stated he was the person in charge of Mitsubishi Motors not just for that dealership but overall. I'm not *** just cause I'm a woman, I knew it was not true which is why I am writing this letter. For each person I spoke with not one asked my name, this shows me how much "value" I have as a customer there. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had and have never felt unappreciated as a customer as I have in this situation.

The value of my loss was only about $150 for the tire but the impact of my view on this dealership who represents Mitsubishi Motors is unforgettable. I have had a mitsubishi vehicle for about 10 years now and have even referred my family who have bought vehicles there, but after this experience and other negative experiences in purchasing the vehicle, I will NOT be returning to this dealership nor will I be purchasing a mitsubishi vehicle in the future.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Location: San Antonio, Texas
